Cultivate a high-performance culture built on accountability, excellence, and collaboration.KPI & Revenue Focus: Own the department's key performance indicators. Develop strategies to increase job efficiency, customer retention, and division-wide revenue.Operational Efficiency: Partner across departments to streamline workflows, enhance customer experiences, and drive cost-effective operations.Technical Guidance: Provide support and mentorship on technical HVAC systems, staying current with industry innovations and service standards.Customer-Centric Service: Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, resolving concerns quickly, and fostering long-term relationships.Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop HVAC talent.
