  • Educate homeowners onHVAC system upgrades, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, andclose deals efficiently.
  • Offer flexible financing and promotional options to maximize affordability.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• • Must speak fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience in outside sales or in-home sales(HVAC, windows, roofing, home security, pest control, etc.).
  • Proven success inconsultative sales and closing high-ticket deals.
  • Ability to travelwithin assigned territories to meet with customers.
  • Strongrelationship-building and communication skills.
  • Willingness to workevenings and weekendsto maximize earning potential.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
