Dynaire in partnership with Crete United is seeking a highly experienced FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR / TECHNICIAN with significant HVAC trouble shooting skills to take responsibly for the field day-to-day operations, productivity and quality and financial goals of the service department.At Dynaire our top priorities are to our customers for their complete satisfaction and receiving the expertise that comes from over 65 years of industry experience! • Overall technical support and Quality assurance of all field technicians
• Insuring customer satisfaction and customer follow up
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and promoting new customers
• Provide guidelines and training for service technicians
• Promote maintenance agreements
• Provide and review Repair Quotes
• Provide direction and accountability for technicians
• Holding meetings for group training and one on one reviews
• Forecasting and managing manpower to meet ongoing customer and seasonal demands

Key Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, self-starter, positive attitude individual.
• Current or previous leadership experience is required.
• Must have minimal 5 years technical experience in HVAC field.
• High energy level to handle a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload.
• Strong customer service.
• Strong analysis, problem solving skills to provide innovative solutions.
• Entrepreneurial focus toward department growth.

• 8 hour shift
