Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join their client's team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimate.
• Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet project requirements and are cost-effective.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documents.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members regarding project specifications and estimates.
• Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner and align with project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.
