HVAC Apprentice - Exploria Resorts : Job Details

Able to service/troubleshoot and repair the following: Heat Pumps, LP Hot Air Furnaces, LP Hot Water Heaters, Ice Machines, Refrigerator/ Freezer Equipment, Light Commercial Boiler System, Light Commercial Chiller System. Responsible for making sure all units that need to be OOS (Out of Service) are OOS and putting them BIS (Back in Service) in a timely fashion. Responsible for keeping track of the OOS units and informing the Operations Administrative of all units that are OOS. Employee may be required to perform duties in other closely related job functions and/or departments. All other duties assigned by management Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: Knowledge of HVAC Must have a valid PA drivers license. Good verbal and written skills. Must be able to multi-task. Must have the ability to interact with staff, customers, members, visitors, or others using the telephone or in person.
