We may just have the perfect opportunity for you.Salary: $30/hr + Commission opportunities + OvertimePaid VacationPaid Sick TimeMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits with Employer Contribution401K Retirement Plan with Employer ContributionOpportunities for position development and growthSupervision and Management: Supervise duct cleaning technicians, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety protocols.Plan and schedule duct cleaning jobs for efficient resource use and timely completion.Train and mentor new technicians, providing ongoing support and development.Evaluate technician performance and provide feedback for improvement.Prepare estimates and proposals for clients.Seek business development opportunities for new clients and encourage repeat business from current clients.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding duct cleaning services.Provide Commercial and Residential Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning Services using CaddyVac Cleaning System.Ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality services and prompt issue resolution.Maintain professional communication throughout the service process.Operations and Quality Control: Ensure all jobs meet industry standards and company policies.Maintain and manage cleaning equipment and supplies.Conduct quality control checks to ensure effectiveness.Price projects properly to ensure profitability and growth.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate job records including work orders, invoices, and customer info.Manage budgets and expenses related to duct cleaning.Coordinate with administrative staff for updates and job progress.Follow SERVPRO policies for successful job completion.Safety: Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and PPE use.Conduct safety inspections of equipment and work areas.Promote a safe work environment for all employees.Qualifications: Insurable driving recordAbility to pass drug and medical screeningClean criminal backgroundHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years management experience in related fieldAt least 3 years industry experience in Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning (Residential & Commercial)Excellent interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with HVAC wiring diagramsAbility to build strong client relationshipsStrong mechanical backgroundAbility to lift heavy objectsNADCA, OSHA, ASCS, CVI & VMT CertificationsCompany Description: SERVPRO franchises serve Broome, Tompkins, Tioga, Chemung, Schuyler, Cortland, Chenango, and surrounding counties.
