Check food to make sure of its quality and correct temperature as stated by NYS Department of Health. Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment. Prepare food for cooking that meets NYS Health Department as well as Six Flags requirements. How You Will Do It. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food.
