The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. ResponsibilitiesGeneral Purpose: As a member of the University of Rochester's Annual Giving Program (AGP) team, the Assistant Director of Reunion Giving will work closely with the Associate Director of Class & Affinity Initiatives to design and implement a successful Reunion Giving program for the School of Arts & Sciences and the Hajim School of Engineering. With considerable latitude and room for independent judgment, this position will help develop and implement a strategic marketing plan in support of the institutional priority of increasing undergraduate alumni participation in giving through new and expanded strategies. This individual will collaborate with Advancement partners to manage reunion volunteer recruitment and activities, identify potential reunion donors, and design reunion-focused fundraising initiatives. This position requires the ability to effectively manage reunion gift volunteers, collaborate regularly with gift officers, and serve as a point of contact for AGP's reunion-based strategies to ensure they are aligned closely with the engagement strategies defined by Alumni Relations.
