Of a Human Services Senior Supervisor include: The incumbent assigned to this position is a point of contact and responsible for managing and directing all operational aspects of the individual ward and or facility during the entire respective shift. Individuals assigned to this position are responsible and accountable for the health, safety, security and well-being of residents and staff assigned under their respective supervision and /or facility/ward as directed by the Residential Services Director FC SES or Human Services Administrator FC SES. Manages and supervises the daily ward operation and direct care staff engaged in the custody and care of vulnerable persons who are intellectually challenged. Assumes full administrative responsibility for the facility on an assigned shift and ensures emergency, safety, hygiene, and other conditions are sufficient to maintain quality client services and care.
