This is a Human Services Program Specialist position in the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) Palm Beach County Health Department (CHD) HIV/ AIDS Program. Work is performed under the supervision of a Senior Human Services Program Manager. This position is responsible for conducting the HIV/ AIDS 500/501 trainings and supporting the programmatic activities of the HIV/ AIDS and Early Intervention Programs. This position has county-wide responsibilities to provide technical assistance to all FDOH CHD sites, Centers for Disease Control Prevention HIV grant funded agencies, and agencies with Memorandums of Understanding and/or Agreements as a Department representative. This position requires independent judgment, initiative, applying general knowledge of business practices and skill in applying instructions to accomplish various job functions.
