Your day to day as a Behavioral Specialist As a Behavioral Specialist in our Aspire Program, you will play a vital role in the development and social adjustment of our female youth ages 12-17 residents through interactive processes and effective role modeling. You will provide personalized one-on-one support, assist in goal setting, and offer social norm coaching to empower individuals in their journey towards better mental health. By implementing behavioral modification treatment programs and plans, you will contribute to improving the overall well-being of our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for client supervision, crisis management, and providing valuable adjunctive services. Your meticulous documentation of client behaviors and proactive approach in addressing behavioral concerns will be crucial in updating progress notes and treatment plans. To excel as a Behavioral Specialist candidates we prefer that you have a minimum of the following: 1- High school diploma or GED. 2- One year of post-high school education in social work, psychology, or a related field 3- Additionally, one year of general work experience (Preferred) 4- Or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
