The Human Resources team consists of over twenty-five employees and serves over 4,000 Freeman Family members We provide services in Compensation, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and Workers Compensation. Experience desirable schedules, Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays. Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/week)What You'll Do. Responsible for answering main HR phone line. Provides excellent customer service to staff, applicants, and visitors. Completes daily tasks in accordance with department policies and procedures.
