Human Resources Specialist (Mid) Mid-Level | $40,000 – $60,000 | Colorado Springs, CO| Secret Clearance (Must Obtain and Maintain) Are you passionate about people and ready to grow your HR career in a mission-driven organization supporting national security?________________________________________A Day in the Life – What You'll Do Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting Caribou Thunder's fast-growing workforce:• Coordinate the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between• Maintain and update sensitive personnel records and clearance data with precision and care• Support benefits administration, compliance, and internal HR documentation• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee HR questions and help shape an engaged workforce________________________________________Is This You?
