OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join a well-established organization in the professional services space. This role will support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, with a focus on maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The position also involves handling contractor documentation, monitoring vendor relationships, and contributing to reporting and analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data.
- Support data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with onboarding processes and related documentation.
- Manage HR files, payroll submissions, and employment verifications.
- Coordinate contractor agreements, background checks, and extensions.
- Process vendor invoices related to staffing partners.
- Partner with HR and People Analytics teams on reporting and process improvements.
- Utilize HR systems and spreadsheets to support data management and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous exposure to HR, people operations, or related administrative functions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with HR systems (Workday a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with HR reporting tools or data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with contract management and invoice processing.
