Position Overview
The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting all functions of Refresco North America, particularly for our Ft Worth plant's manufacturing operations. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support for both employees and leadership across various areas including:
- Recruiting and New Hire Orientation
- Employee Development and Training
- Performance Management
- Compliance and Investigations
This role also aims to strengthen the Refresco culture, develop a robust talent pipeline, and enhance HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a thorough understanding of all HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Deliver effective HR services to managers in areas like recruitment and selection, training, performance management, and organizational change.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and business partners.
- Resolve a variety of HR issues using your business acumen and established relationships.
- Proactively anticipate organizational needs and provide timely solutions.
- Organize complex ideas, develop implementation plans, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Collaborate with HR peers across various locations to share best practices.
- Assist in additional projects or tasks as requested by your manager.
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Management roles; experience in manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle hourly recruiting in a manufacturing context is essential.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel; experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is required.
