Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist at CartonCraft Incorporated located in St Charles, IL. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR guidelines, managing employee HR training, and personnel management. This is an on-site position that requires being physically present at our St Charles, IL location.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and personnel management
• Ability to create and implement HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
