Human Resources Specialist II - Progress Rail Services Corporation : Job Details

Provide professional HR support in a heavy manufacturing setting, to include: -Employee Relations and Engagement; -Provide accurate and timely data from HRIS; -Benefits Administration; -HR Employee Records; - Provide support for HR policy implementation. - Building and maintaining employee records in accordance with corporate standards; - Ensuring compliance with local and corporate HR polices and procedures; - Serve as a point of contact to employees for all HR related topics; - Process employee payroll; - Timely submission of forms and documents to corporate HR; - Process all employee leave paperwork; - Administer employee benefit plans; - Conduct candidate interviews and hiring process; - Process company responses to unemployment claims; - Interpret and advise employees on company policies; - Special projects and event planning. - Some college required, Bachelors in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred; - Professional certifi...Human Resource, Specialist, HRIS, Administrative, Transportation
