This is an exciting opportunity to shape employee experience and drive HR excellence across all our restaurant locations.

• Recruiting & Onboarding: Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, concerns, or complaints; help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Compliance: Ensure policies and procedures align with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• HR Administration: Manage personnel files, assist with payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and HR reporting.
• Training & Development: Coordinate orientation and assist with the rollout of training programs to ensure employee success and retention.
• HR Projects: Support initiatives around performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(required).
• 13 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (hospitality or QSR industry experience a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, California labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
