Human Resources Representative - Cascades at Orchard Park : Job Details

Hello, Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is hiring a full-time Human Resources Specialist. At Cascades at Orchard Park, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has experience in payroll and in onboarding employees Job Description: Provide on-site HR support to employees:

• Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork:
  • Including DACS and E-Verify
  • Ensuring all new hires attend New Hire Orientation
• Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting
• Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked
• Assisting with disciplinary action
• Data Integrity:
  • Keeping a complete and accurate employee list
  • Correcting missed punches
  • Ensuring PTO requests are in
  • Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll
• Insurance:
  • Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires
  • Assist employees with enrolling through iSolved
  • Answer basic questions regarding the plans
  • Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed
• Termination process

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years' human resources or customer service experience
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
