At Cascades at Orchard Park, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has experience in payroll and in onboarding employees Job Description: Provide on-site HR support to employees:
- Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork:
- Including DACS and E-Verify
- Ensuring all new hires attend New Hire Orientation
- Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting
- Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked
- Assisting with disciplinary action
- Data Integrity:
- Keeping a complete and accurate employee list
- Correcting missed punches
- Ensuring PTO requests are in
- Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll
- Insurance:
- Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires
- Assist employees with enrolling through iSolved
- Answer basic questions regarding the plans
- Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed
- Termination process

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years' human resources or customer service experience
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
