Human Resources Representative - Cleveland-Cliffs : Job Details

Cleveland-Cliffs Rockport Works has an immediate need for a Human Resources Representative in the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Representative will provide services and support in talent acquisition, employee relations, policy training, and labor relations. Summary of Responsibilities:Provide support and guidance to managers of bargaining unit employees in interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Participate in the grievance administration process ensuring timely response and follow through. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation as needed. Participate in full cycle recruitment process of non-exempt positions including sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding. Participate and assist in driving employee engagement efforts. Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable federal, state and local law and corporate policies including maintaining files, records and postings.
