Human Resources Representative - Cleveland-Cliffs : Job Details

This role is responsible for all aspects of the employment lifecycle. Summary of Responsibilities. Maintains relationships and daily contact with local managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Manages recruiting processes in HR system, creates and maintains HR databases and files. Schedules interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status. Coordinates recruiting including advertisement, interviewing, candidate management, and background checks. Responsible for employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination. Conducts exit interviews on terminating employees. Communicates and answers questions of current knowledge of the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Collaborates in the development of processes for continuous improvement and training programs.
