Human Resources - Recruiter - ArtiFlex Manufacturing : Job Details

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the recruiting and job placement process, ATS Systems and HRIS functions. The Human Resources Recruiter reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities:

• Support and follow the Company Safety Programs
• Manages/Leads all aspects of the recruiting function for all open positions to support the business, in both Michigan and Ohio - currently totally 11 site locations.
• Manages the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) process.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
• Update job descriptions and job requirements when needed.
• Analyze staffing logistics and prepare HRIS data analytics for reporting KPI's.
• Conduct applicant references and perform background checks as required by company.
• Conduct and plan all new employee orientation and on-boarding processes.
• Represent employer in community and recruiting events.
• Follow Collective Bargaining agreement as it relates to internal transfers, postings and eligibility.
• Meet regularly with Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting and staffing needs.
• Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree minimum in HR coursework or work in a related field
• At least 5 years successful recruiting experience using an ATS System
• Strong computer experience including creating and maintaining strong online presence to support recruiting efforts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
