Position Overview
The Human Resources Partner plays a vital role in managing effective HR practices at our production facilities. You'll collaborate with plant leadership to recruit, retain, and develop talented employees, helping us meet our organizational goals. You will report to the Regional HR Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR-related matters at the production facility.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational change, and employee relations.
- Develop competitive employment standards to position Refresco as the preferred employer.
- Set and monitor departmental performance standards aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies, to maximize service quality.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across locations to share best practices.
- Engage in local community initiatives to enhance the Refresco employer brand.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team for effective hiring processes.
- Oversee payroll functions and ensure timely submission of payroll-related files.
- Guide HR administration, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Train managers on Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and support employees during open enrollment.
- Promote a safe working environment through active participation in safety programs.
- Deliver timely Human Resources data and metrics for reporting purposes.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
- Strong organization and communication skills, with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
- Capacity to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures for all employees.
- High accountability for quality and innovation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Seven years of HR management experience, with a focus on staffing and employee relations.
- Manufacturing HR experience preferred.
- Experience with sensitive information management, training, and HRIS.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with prolonged sitting required.
- Fast-paced work environment necessitating focus under pressure.
- Occasional mental stress due to deadlines and project management.
