We're looking for a hands-on, process-driven HR Operations Manager to take the lead in shaping and managing the operational backbone of our global HR function. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you'll own our HR systems, ensure compliance, and drive critical projects that support scalable, efficient, and high-integrity people processes.

You'll partner closely with Finance, IT, and Compliance—to enhance the tools, workflows, and data that power our employee experience. If you thrive in environments where precision, control, and continuous improvement are key, and you're passionate about building systems that scale, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS & Systems Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including employee lifecycle transactions, data audits, reporting, and workflow management
  • Create dashboards and visual reports in Excel and PowerPoint for use by senior leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate data flow from HRIS to downstream systems (Finance, IT, Internal Audit)
  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
  • Lead efforts to standardize, streamline, and continuously improve system processes across the HR tech ecosystem
  • Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert and technical liaison across departments

HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance by maintaining robust internal controls and audit trails
  • Collaborate with Finance to support accurate reporting of headcount, payroll, and related HR-financial data
  • Maintain documentation of HR controls, procedures, and key audit evidence; lead responses to audit inquiries
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with global labor regulations and internal policies

Talent & Recruiting Operations

  • Manage operational elements of recruiting such as job requisition workflows, offer documentation, and background check coordination
  • Support onboarding operations globally, including documentation, scheduling, and system setup
  • Maintain ATS data quality and generate recruiting KPIs for business partners and People team leadership
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline and scale recruitment process logistics

Global HR Operations

  • Provide operational HR support for international employees across multiple countries and time zones
  • Coordinate with global partners (e.g., EORs) to ensure compliant and timely HR transactions
  • Maintain global policy documentation and ensure consistent employee experience across geographies
  • Lead and support cross-functional HR projects, with an emphasis on systems, reporting, and process efficiency
  • Drive adoption of project management tools and tracking processes
  • Act as a key project liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations with hands-on responsibility for HRIS and compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and PowerPoint (executive-level decks)
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems (e.g.,Lattice, ADP)
  • Experience with HR-related audit processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and track progress using project management tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting global teams or multinational HR operations preferred
  • Monthly travel to our Parsippany, NJ location required
