Job Title: HR Manager
Pay Rate: $60,000/YR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, AM, On-call
Requirements: Valid Driver's License

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to operations on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist supervisors in performance management and disciplinary actions for hourly employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential associate personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Administer leave programs (e.g., FMLA, worker's compensation) and manage the leave of absence process.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and related matters.
- Support compliance reporting and maintain comprehensive employee documentation systems.
- Address human relations and work-related issues, implementing remediation strategies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.
HR Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager (essential).
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
- Proficiency in HR administration, payroll practices, and HR software/tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and accommodate weekend and extended hours.

- 10-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
