Human Resources Manager - Tandem/Neal Associates : Job Details

Salary range: 90K -105K + bonus and car allowance

35% Travel

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This will be primarily a remote position

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR activity for 5 small plants in the US. Travel for this role will be 35% so you touch all manufacturing plants several times a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources in manufacturing setting
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
