POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Manager will lead and oversee all facets of HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and policy development. This role will manage HR staff, partner with leadership, and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in the technology industry and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. The HR Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Global HR.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Partner with department leaders to provide HR guidance and strategic support.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR systems and processes, with expertise in ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time tracking, and HRIS functions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support company goals.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, including training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • ADP proficiency in payroll, HRIS, ATS, reporting and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
