HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Berry Global : Job Details

This position provides Human Resources leadership for site operations in Brookville, PA. This position will develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures; manage all functional areas within Human Resources to include but not limited to recruitment & retention, employee engagement, union relations, organizational development, compensation & benefit administration and staffing; keep plant management team informed of changes in employment law as well as ensure legal compliance; make recommendations that encompass trends and new developments within the HR profession; and make decisions that are in the best interest of the Brookville Plant. Partners with Plant Manager to align the efforts of HR department with operational goals. Works with local union officers on employee relations, grievance resolution and actively participates in contract negotiation process.
