Human Resources Manager - Novelis : Job Details

The Novelis Uhrichsville team is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager. The person in this role will report to the Director of Human Resources for Building and Construction Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and leading various people related initiatives to meet the organization's objectives. The incumbent will support our company purpose, Shaping a Sustainable World Together. Responsibilities:Own the HR function for the Uhrichsville plant and develop your staff of HR Business Partners to become HR Managers at other plant locations. Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to Plant leadership bring expertise in Human Resources and people development. Formulate and implement the Plant HR strategy consistent with the HR strategies across the business. Identify and hire the human capital critical to the site.
