Human Resources Manager - Randstad : Job Details

Randstad is working with a long standing client to fill a position as an HR Manager who will oversee 2 direct reports on the HR team and manage a wide scope of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be open to a fully onsite position and be comfortable in a manufacturing environment. This position Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR or a related field -5 years of experience in HR -2 years in an HR management/supervisory role. -P[ -Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
