This individual will be the go-to partner for team development, employee relations, and compliance—working closely with site leadership to support a dynamic frontline workforce.This is a boots-on-the-ground role that blends strategy with day-to-day execution. You'll be responsible for building trust with staff, supporting management, and ensuring a positive, legally compliant workplace culture.
