Position Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to shape and drive our HR strategy, develop and implement HR policies, programs, and services. This role involves overseeing HR activities across our restaurant and mortgage industries to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Administration: Address employee relations, complaints, performance management, recruitment, workforce planning, career development, and salary planning. Keep the Employee Handbook updated and ensure compliance. Willingness to travel to locations as needed.Benefits Administration: Manage benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, disability, workers' compensation, life insurance, retirement, and medical leaves. Ensure accurate enrollments, process leave requests, and update benefits based on life changes.Recruitment: Assist in posting job openings and work with recruiters. Ability to post independently on job sites.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, monitor data accuracy, create reports, assist with audits, and maintain systems.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in HR and payroll management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor, Workday).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Certifications like CPP or PHR are a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws in NJ/NY and surrounding states is a plus.
