Position Summary:
We are working with a client seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of their Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, escalating to vendors as needed.
- Train HR staff and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Participate in HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP, UKG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
