What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with team members and managers while resolving employee relations matters with integrity and professionalism.

- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, ACA, and more, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Collaborate on crafting HR policies, reviewing our Employee Handbook, and aligning strategies with overarching company goals.
- Administer market-leading compensation and benefits programs, staying on the pulse of trends to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.
- Mentor and guide HR team members, providing leadership and support as they grow in their roles.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR Management (or equivalent experience: 6-8 years in HR roles).
- HR leadership experience preferred.
- PHR/SHRM-CP Certification strongly preferred if you don't have a degree.
- Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills, paired with knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Technological proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR reporting.
- Strong employee relations background.
- Strong understanding of FMLA, Leave of Absence, Workers Compensation.
