Bishop Drumm is hiring a dedicated Human Resources Associate to support our team with onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized.

• Guide new hires through onboarding and benefits enrollment

• Respond to employee questions and assist with payroll support

• Manage workers' comp and unemployment claims

• Maintain required postings and compliance records

• Process and audit monthly invoices

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• HR or healthcare experience preferred
