Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Bethel, Vermont. Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility in compliance with company policies.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate administrative processes, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Coordinate training sessions and orientations to help employees integrate into the company culture.
- Monitor compliance with HR-related policies and regulations, providing guidance when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR-related projects and meetings.
- Manage communication with employees regarding HR-related concerns or updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
