Benefits Administration: Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations; answer employee benefit-related questions.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Workers' Compensation: File and track workers' compensation claims, coordinate with insurance providers, and support return-to-work programs.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Safety Compliance: Maintain safety programs and training, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.\n\t\n\t\n\t.
