American Heritage Lending, LLC, located in Irvine, CA, is seeking an HR Generalist.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Generalist with strong administrative and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and have experience in conflict management, decision-making, employee relations, personnel administration, payroll, and benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain employment records and files related to hiring, terminations, compensation, leaves, transfers, and promotions using HR software.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs accurately and on time.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions and requests.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, ensuring CRM accuracy and reporting cadence.
  • Perform additional administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor legislation, and employment best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
