Job Description :
Oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and performance management. Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees Partner with operations to determine hiring needs, utilize recruiting resources, and ensure job descriptions are accurate and current. Screen applicants, assist in coordinating interviews, and prepare offer letters. Organize onboarding logistics, including new hire packets, office tours, personnel file setup, and system entries. Ensure completion of pre-employment screening and background checks, and facilitate new hire training. Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, open enrollment, vacation accruals, and premium updates. Address employee questions about benefits, work with management to evaluate costs, and ensure accurate administration of all PTO and non-PTO time.
