A Human Resource Professional who works in partnership with the facilities leadership team, is a problem solver and an employee advocate! What You Will Do: Help drive the organizational culture. Facilitate metrics and organizational communication strategy. Coach associates and managers regarding employee relations issues. Partner with operational leadership for performance management. Facilitate dispute resolutions. All other tasks in line with company policies and legal practices. Skills You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
