This person reports directly to the VP of HR and is responsible for ensuring and enforcing policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of employee data and HR sensitive matters. The HR Generalist also assists in managing HR programs, tasks, processes, transactions, and reporting / analytical requests. The HR Generalist partners with various HR departments on cross-functional projects and initiatives.**Experience**+ Experience in reporting and / or analytics.+ Familiarity with Excel and various HR-related platforms.+ Experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent.**Education**Bachelor's degree required.**Skills**+ Can handle multiple tasks competently and manage projects and assignments from start to completion+ Adapts to a variety of situations, change, and new learnings+ Strong attention to detail and highly organized+ Successfully and independently manages time and priorities+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications+ Experience working in a matrixed, shared service environment is preferred+ Flexible and adjusts priorities in an ever-changing healthcare environment**Keywords**Human Resources, Generalist**Your life with Community**You work hard to provide our patients with the exceptional care, and you deserve benefits to match.
