What You'll Do as an HR Generalist

Your role will be anything but routine! As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll be a key player in shaping our workforce and supporting our people. Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new hires and guiding them through a seamless transition
  • Administering employee benefits and assisting with selections
  • Records Management (HRIS and other electronic records)
  • Supporting employee relations, leave management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Collaborating with management on performance management and HR strategy
  • Leading recruitment efforts and contributing to policy development

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation and a passion for people:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of labor law compliance

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP certification (or similar)
