Human Resources Generalist - Kisco Senior Living, LLC : Job Details

The Human Resources Generalist at Magnolia Glen oversees all Human Resources functions. What will I do every day? Assist in complying with human resources related company policies, as well as all applicable federal, state and local employment laws Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates. Develop and administer associate training programs to create a climate of associate engagement. Manage associate appreciation programs. Support and coach associates and managers regarding all Kisco human resources practices. Work with department directors on goal setting, annual performance reviews, salary, and terminations. Investigate and resolve associate grievances and complaints. Actively facilitate and support the company's associate wellness program and efforts. Monitor unemployment claims and attend hearings and appeals as needed. Actively handle workers' compensation claims. Coordinate all leaves of absence.
