We are BIG ENOUGH TO SERVE, and SMALL ENOUGH TO CARE.** This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma**SUMMARY: The Human Resource Analyst provides data insights and functional support to the HR department, as needed.ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associate consistent with Core Behaviors
  • Responsible for promoting culture of safety
  • Administer and maintain LMS, ADP and Performance systems to include content and feeds, ensure management and employee issues in the systems are resolved timely.
  • Support companywide training program; creating content with AI, assigning training, partner with SMEs to create training, monitor training needs reports and usage reports, research and recommend training courses to refresh each quarter.
  • Track and analyze KPI's related to LMS, time to fill, temporary agency metrics and other KPI's as needed.
  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
  • Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs.
  • Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, quarterly, and annual HR Reporting
  • Support companywide training program; creating content with AI, assigning training, partner with SMEs to create training, monitor training needs reports and usage reports, research and recommend training courses to refresh each quarter.
  • Serve as backfill for Recruiting Coordinator which includes Onboarding new hires in HRIS system (ADP). Assists in Recruiting efforts and Recruiting Projects.
  • Partner with peers in HR department on various projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years Generalist experience preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Excel, MS Office, LMS.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis and regression.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive data required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • No supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or Human Resources preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
