Human Resources Generalist - American Medical Response : Job Details

Assist with recruitment efforts to maintain a minimum of 95% of staffing levels by meeting with leaders to develop specific recruiting plans to facilitate efficient staffing/recruiting plans. Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring statistics. Measures staffing resources efficiency. Assist in screening, interviews, and new employee onboarding. Conduct wage surveys within local labor market Reviews reference and background checks to ensure policy adherence. Responsible for HR administration including but not limited to HRIS data integrity and recordkeeping. Assist in providing training for HRIS, policy adherence, and department compliance Respond to local state unemployment claims May participate in employee relation investigations, including interviewing, documenting investigations and assisting leadership in corrective actions as needed. Support benefit enrollment processes and respond to basic benefit-related questions.
