About the Role We're looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our Human Resources team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and implementing HR strategies that support business goals. This role handles a wide range of responsibilities including employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR policy administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law. What You'll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues and redirect issues as needed.
• Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company values.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
• Support benefits administration and coordinate open enrollment processes.
• Assist with initial benefit eligibility checks for education reimbursement and retirement programs.
• Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for health and welfare plans, collaborating with payroll and fiscal partners to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Help manage performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Aid in calculating/processing annual evaluations.
• Participate in the development and execution of HR initiatives such as training and employee engagement programs.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics tracking.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including invoice management, data entry, and filing.
• Serve as a positive, professional representative of our hospital and community

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in business, human resources or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years Human Resource experience required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Effective critical thinking skills.
• Ability to relate to and interact effectively with a diverse population.
• Proficient in all Microsoft products.
• Able to function independently.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Keeps current on pertinent employment laws and regulations.
