Lone Star Capital is a rapidly growing multifamily investment firm with $700M AUM and an ambitious goal to scale to $2.5B AUM within the next five years. Our tight-knit, in-office team at One World Trade Center is committed to exceeding investor expectations through disciplined execution, top-tier reporting, and exceptional communication. Key Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to lead core areas of the employee experience. This role is responsible for: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to candidate communication, interviews, and offer letters. Deliver structured, high-touch onboarding that sets up new hires for success. Employee Relations Serve as a resource for employees and managers, offering guidance, resolving concerns, and helping build a culture of feedback, clarity, and trust. Culture & Engagement Support internal events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives that reinforce a positive, high-performing team culture. Orientation Reviews & Performance Support Coordinate orientation reviews and assist with performance conversations and documentation. HR Systems & Documentation Maintain up-to-date employee records in BambooHR, streamline workflows, and ensure clean documentation of key processes and conversations. Policy Support & Compliance Help ensure company policies are up to date, clearly communicated, and consistently applied in line with internal values and external standards. Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive matters with care and discretion
  • Highly organized and reliable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (especially BambooHR) and comfort learning new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team-first mentality and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
