Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with leadership
- Contribute to recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain HR systems and generate reports as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience; financial services industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
