Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team! The HR Generalist in the Home Office will be responsible for projects related to supporting the facilities and initiatives led at the corporate level. This role will work closely with the Home Office HR, Organizational Development, and Learning and Development Teams to develop processes and manage various audits related to systems and benefits. Human Resources Generalist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing the process for FMLA, OC Tanner recognition, and various system audits.
• Administration of compensation and benefits plans; responding to and resolving issues for the employees through the HR professionals in a timely manner.
• Helping to create/document clear policies and train others on the policies, as needed.
• Running monthly reports and working with HRDs to ensure newly hired and terminated employees are consistently updated in the ATS, HRIS, and Benefits systems.
• Creating training materials, forms, and other documents for both home office processes and facility processes, including submitting to be added to Omnia Online.
• Create and analyze reports as necessary (turnover, system reconciliatons, etc) and shares reports with HR teams.
• Build relationships with facility HRDs, including in-person, when needed.
• Providing reporting and project updates to senior management.
• Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and making recommendations on how to improve process efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Challenging status quo and proactively identifying process improvements.
• All other duties as assigned.

Human Resources GeneralistQualifications and Skills:

• Proficient in communicating accurately and effectively in both verbal and written correspondence using excellent grammar skills
• Solid understanding of benefits, FMLA, EEO, ADA, FLSA and other HR-related laws and regulations
• Intermediate-master proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Business Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Intermediate PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Reliable transportation (up to 10% local travel to the facilities).
• Strong organizational skills.

Human Resources Generalist Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or the equivalent experience is preferred.
• Previous professional Human Resources experience of 3-5 years with a stable work history.
• Experience creating and delivering training preferred.
• Experience managing projects through to completion.
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Applicant Tracking, HRIS), including creating reports and comparing using vlookups, running pivot table, and other solid Excel reporting functions.
• Paycor experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop and reach, and to use hands tomanipulate the computer, writing, calculator or other instruments to carry outresponsibilities of the position, with or without accommodation.
• Must have adequate vision to perform essential job functions.
• Must be able to be onsite at the Lincolnwood office in addition to travel to Illinois facilities periodically, as needed.
