Human Resources Generalist - Adecco : Job Details

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time HR Generalist for their plant located in Johnson City, TN. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with plant and corporate leadership to drive HR initiatives.
• Support plant HR functions, including talent management, onboarding, engagement, safety, and organizational development
• Maintain accurate employee records (files, benefits, attendance)
• Coach the plant leadership team on employee relations and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement
• Lead employee communication efforts and resolve morale issues proactively
• Develop training and support HR team development
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor standards
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in HR or related field
• 5+ years HR experience, at least 1 year of leadership preferred
• Experience supporting/leading HR functions within a Manufacturing environment
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Kronos)
• Preferred: PHR/SPHR
